About Us
The Arthur Scandrett Disability Scholarship Foundation empowers minority students with disabilities to achieve their educational dreams. Since 1992, we've transformed lives by providing crucial financial support and resources to students at Howard University, with plans to expand across multiple HBCUs nationwide.

Our mission is to empower minorities with health conditions or impairments by ensuring equitable access to resources and removing barriers to education. We provide financial support and educational opportunities to create a more inclusive and accessible academic experience for all.​
